Isn't JEF just a framework nations concept under NATO too? And I think downplaying the FNC as "a different way of thinking" doesn't do it any favors.

OMGGGG there are so many thing you didn't mention, and so many things you mentioned that are wrong….also there is the 3 seas initiative, that was a economic, and cultural initiative, until the croatian president(some blonde woman) meet with her Polish counterpart, and overnight it became a military alliance of some sort…the Vicegrad is slowly being integrated into the 3 seas initiative

Germany currently has half a dozen tanks that lack turrets and tracks, they have not been able to take part in NATO ops for like 4 years there military is lacking in every area. They will need extensive spending for many years in a row to get anywhere close to France or UK and also have almost no military industry. That will take trillions in required investment.

I think the European Union should have an Army, Navy and Airforce with each nation specialising in depth, except for the larger members. NATO can still exist, it just has the EU as a member instead of loads of small members. It would harmonise everything and be a massive deterrent to any aggressors like Russia.

As a Ukrainian, and a person that has some polish heritage, we DO NOT share cultural similarities. Russia stole every other slavic nation’s cultures just to build its own. Other slavic nations and nationalities existed longer than Russia and have origins. We do not accept Russians because of their historical cruel behavior and their denial of our existence/independence. Ukraine isn’t Russia, Russia is Ukraine.
