    He's merely united the EU on this single issue. Make no mistake, the EU has fundamental and deep-seated issues that cause deep divisions with it's members and still threatens it's long term future. Let's not forget that one of it's major members has just left. That the EU are continuously threatening Poland and Hungary with sanctions, serious budget issues, and the EU is heavily lopsided towards rich countries subsidising poorer countries. To ignore all that is naive and more than a little ignorant.
