As a dane I can say that this was a pretty major voting back then and it was by no means an easy decision. Personally I voted against but not because I was against the idea. Back then there where still ways This could escalate further and its one of those decisions once revoked, can’t be brought back. In hindsight I’m glad we choose yes. Going forward its gonna be important. Especially that we can vote no against unwarranted NATO agression in the middleeast in the future

Mark of the beast (of "the BEST") is about DanMARK. DanMARK is the most digitalized country. The queen of DanMARK is calling herself personally to be "We", as a beast with several heads. The queen of Danmark according the constitution is the State herself personally, word "the state" comes from word "Satan". Every dane is worshipping the danish State, and most of other countries worship Danmark as the State too. Queen of Danmark and her son and her cousin norwegian king and their cousin primeminister Mette Frederiksen have all inherited the same genome failure in their right eye, just as Hitler had genome failure on his right eye on photo with mustash when he was younger. Since this danish/german queen took over the power in the 1970'ies, under her ruling there was legalized child pornography as the world center, pure Sodoma and Gomorah. Word "sex", in danish is pronounced as "6" (666). Kingdom of Danmark (Saxe Coburg Gotha) has world's biggest sperm/ reproductive material genome bank (deep frozen= cold war) selling it to the rest of the word to populate other countries and continents. Since 1970'ies Denmark is guilty of crimes against humanity on its own population, the statistics prove it. Christ means the one whom was crucified, antichrist means the one whom stays in power without beeing crucified/ without beeing punished, danish primeministers/ministers as representatives of the danish queen had ALL( ALL, meaning: sweDEN/sve) never been punished but are by the journalists kept popular and re-elected and rewarded all their life so far. Every crown house will be owned by danish crown, because danes married their bloodlineage into the other crowns, as well as they are planting their bloodlineage in republics to decide the politics and administration. On danish uniforms whom are protecting the queen there is a symbol of Sun because she is as Sun God. Word "DANmark" translated comes from the word : "the day/light", because the real Egypt was somewhere around Denmark, as well as word Egypt comes from word "Ego"(as the top of the pyramide) and it is visible in daylight. Danish BLOOD RED flag/coat of arms is a member of a global flag club : Samaritans/ Red Cross/ Military Order of Malta/ Johanittes Order/ Hospitalier Knights/ red-blue Savoy Crown House/ etc, etc. Norwegian flag and cousin Crown belongs to that club too…

If asked this day, many months after the war started, I'm sure it would be scrapped. Also the current prime minister of Denmark, Mette Frederiksen, is a lying shack of garbage. She murdered over 17 MILLION animals herself, unlawfully. Now that she could go to prison, she has agreed to let her government run an election. What a stupid cont.

Hope somebody can explain it to me. Why did Denmark insist on having this opt-out when they were already a member of NATO and as a such were in a military alliance with most EU countries anyway? What were they afraid to lose if they joined the EU Defense Policy?

Ehm I don't think you understand to what Denmark actually voted for? This also has nothing to do with Russia. Remember, there's NATO which is purely military alliance, and there's EU, which is primarily trade organ/baseline rules and partially military agenda.
The EU military part is tiny compared to NATO, hence why many thought it unnecessary to be taking part in EU military operations aswell. By opting in, we now have to contribrute directly in EU military operations. These operations are mainly training foreign units, or peacekeeping missions. This changes nothing in regards to Russia. At best it sends a signal that we stand firmly with our neighbors, which was already very apparent.

Sorry but the conclusion of wanting a common EU defense policy is a total misunderstanding.
The referendum gave:
-Denmark rights to influence and veto EU defense activities – ex. the actions in the Mediterranean where European nations help migrants be "rescued" to the EU likely would have had a Danish veto.
-Denmark gets the ability to opt in – based on decisions in our parliament – if we want to participate in ex. Peacekeeping in Bosnia or future land mine clearing in Ukraine
-Denmark gets to opt to be part of common development of cyber protection, weapons development/common purchasing.
When Macron wants the rest of EU to be a French appendix Denmark has a seat at the table and can veto.
Since the defense is not an EU thing but a cooperation between sovereign nations, all the opt out did was prohibiting Denmark from collaborating to our benefit. If Denmark wanted our parliament could collaborate with Russia on defense – ex cyber security but not with Sweden. It was stupid and made no sense.
