His Face does sometimes look bloated and puffy though. Could be lung cancer. It was also reported he had to delay his mobilization speech a few times because of caughing. Cancer is a sickness that a spy might have very subtly infected him with. At least Hugo Chavez believed he was given Cancer by the CIA. A conspiracy theory like that in the head of an already narcissistic person like Putin might give his decision making a me against the world and no matter what comes after me attitude and therefore dangerous decison making.

isnt news supposed to be impartial, whoever we covering the story on, when we dehumanize people we dont like, we risk a danger dehumanizing people we dont agree with. At what point is the law drawn on whose supposed to live or die? Just like everyone has their reasons i think Putin had his reasons for Invading Ukraine, I believe this war was pointless to begin with. and if we dont talk about Putins reasons, we risk turning the masses towards Putin or away from the west, because everyone involved in this stands to gain something,

What the West fails to understand is that, in an org like Russia and China, not one single man can make every decision. If you have been a CEO of a company or owner of your own business, which can be very much like a dictatorship system, what you will find is that even the king can sometimes not being able to make their own decision (look at Trump, he wanted to join the mob, but his security stopped him from doing so even though he is the President of the United States). So assuming one man can make such a decision to invade Ukraine is a very naive assumption. This is a collective and accumulated move of years of humiliation from the West – just that it’s not broadcasted by CNN and BBC. So one must understand why in general, many Russians actually do support this, not because they are suppressed, and why China kept our mouth shut on this. It’s like we have been seeing a bully (aka Unite States) for years, slowly eating our resources away, and we could not say a thing. And suddenly you have a guy like the Russian, not afraid of this bully, and started to punch back (Ukraine is only a proxy small brother of US who was taking orders from US as we all know it). That is why we are keeping our mouth shut. Someone, finally, is fighting back. Yes the Cold War and disintergration of USSR was a big humiliation, so trying to ge some national pride back is also part of that equation. I can understand that becoz we used to be taking the piss out in the UK (just becoz we are Chinese) back in 1980, 1990s…. So I know the feeling of having a weak country and how it all felt. I think Russia beating up Ukraine is not good, the sufferers are the ordinary people, but they chose Zelenskyy, and so that is a choice. A choice that they must live with that consequence.

idk where everyone gets the idea from that if putin goes mad he could just launch nukes..
In russia each commander of the Strategic forces after getting the launch command gets to decide if he launches or not.
Its not like in the usa where if the president gives the nuclear launch codes and orders a strike theyll have to obey
This actually happened before multiple times in the soviet union during false readings of sensors and the cuban crisis so Russia launching nukes without someone else nuking them is stupidly low its called nuclear deterrence for a reason

  32. @jonmatthews2731

    February 25, 2024 at 1:35 pm

I do wonder if, facing imminent death, Putin may launch a nuclear attack, in a desperate effort to leave a legacy of being the man who "made Russia great again". He just may be narcissistic enough to figure, "I'll be dead in a month regardless. To hell with them all."
