when the trolly dollys are expected to carry out structural engineering checks you are flying with the wrong airline I reckon, then the assistant pilot has a look and says "yip it's coming apart at the seams" The look on the passenger's faces is one of absolute horror and disbelief,

The panel coming off might indicate there’s an invisible damage or metal fatigue affecting the structure of the aircraft. Emergency landing was the right decision. Don’t take Amtrak to Texas.

Yall being scared of cosmetic panels when the aircraft isnt even damaged outside and its very safe cargo planes doesnt even have cosmetic panels and a plane even managed to land with a cracked nose from a bird and some engines can even handle more than 1 wingstrike and run without damage or clogs

  4. @VesperAegis

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

"You can't do that" What's that flight attendant's reasoning? You can't film a pilot checking out his plane?

    LAND THAT PLANE!

I would have held a piece of kleenex up to it. If it kleenex sucked towards the hole I would make a beeline to the drink cart.

Thats not a panel thats the wall

  10. @Eswaitab

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

    It just a sidewall

  11. @TheOnePistol

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

    That's not a crack. lol
Looks like a section of the plastic paneling popped out, that's all. The paneling is purely aesthetic and hides the isolation and wiring behind it. Nothing to do with the actual hull of the plane. Still better to be safe and sorry though.

  12. @dabprod

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

    Screw that.

  13. @bxpress6507

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

Most likely it's a maintenance issue..but it's always better to be safe than sorry..especially if your responsible with so many lifes..including the critters in cargo

  14. @ctbt1832

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

It looks like it’s in the inside but as a precaution, they should’ve landed

  15. @bigbronzespider

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

The panels on the inside have nothing to do with the integrity of the airplane.

  16. @The_Happy_Aviation_Enthusiast

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

That’s scary. What if the plane breaks apart. That’s horrifying

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

    No ws

    Ay msn

  18. @iuprising1551

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

It’s on the inside yes but things could go badly still and it makes the flight unpleasant for the passenger who know nothing about the mechanics of airplanes

  19. @thepursefreak78

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

I like my pilots to have a “better safe than sorry” type of mentality. No trip is worth a life or a lifetime of trauma. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 for landing the plane!

  20. @chainsaw_monday

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

The interior PLASTIC paneling has zero bearing on the structural integrity of an aircraft lol.

  21. @kevinfinnerty8414

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

Planes are pretty flimsy. People don’t like to think about it. But a Plane without the engines attached, No passengers and weight on board. Are just empty aluminum cans with wings.

  22. @Faier07

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

It is just the covering…no big deal

  23. @raalaa121

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

Nothing a bit of Gorilla tape can't fix …. yeah right, i'd be bricking it if that happened on my flight !!! props to the captain for emergency landing the plane.

  24. @daviddemafate6429

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

Smell of diarrhea in this kind of situation is another danger.

  25. @mnmmnm4512

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

I am afraid of flying, my brothers. The safety rate for flying when falling is very weak. Definitely death

  26. @silvershoes9724

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

Have to be honest…. and say that if I was a passenger on that flight, there’s no doubt I’d have been completely freaked out and imagining being sucked out head first through that massive hole. Ssshhhhhllluuuurrrrp.

  27. @Arz......

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

    🤲🤲🤲🤲❤

  28. @telstar32

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

Don’t know what all the fuss is about. It’s just the plastic cabin wall trim that has popped out. Give it a push and it would have gone back into place. It’s nothing structural to the aircraft, it just makes the cabin look pretty.

  29. @rickypierce2417

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

Thats nothing, whoever installed it didn't lock it in.

  30. @stephenbosward8357

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

Every plan should have a secure lock up room !!!

Look! No one wearing a mask! So refreshing.

  33. @caseybicanich6385

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

This is cosmetic and has zero to do with the structural integrity of the plane. Cargo planes don't have the plastic wall panels.

  34. @jquint57

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

Plane just cracked up. No explanation. LOL….Refund!!

  35. @noxii5191

  37. @Queen59315

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

If a plane crashes you have like a 0% survival rate. Anything out of the ordinary like that should be an emergency landing!

  38. @jeroenjansen2709

    February 28, 2024 at 11:24 pm

Just a crack and defection of the fuselage reflecting onto the inside plastic panels.

THAT'S IT LADY KEEP PULLING & CRUNCHING THE PANEL UNTIL IT FALLS OFF!!! IT DOESN'T SEEM LIKE ANY EXTERIOR IS INVOLVED BUT THAT WOULD BE ENOUGH TO SCARE ANYBODY!!!! I HATE TO TELL HER BUT MOVING THEM AWAY FROM THERE ISN'T GOING TO HELP WITH ANYTHING IF IT CRACKS ANYMORE!!! AMAZING!!!

I had the same experience way back 2016.Yeah it was very scary. We know that airplane is made up of rigid metals outside but what's the cause of tearing apart inside. This must be checked before take off

China’s economic growth hits slowest pace in more than three years

China’s economy grew 4.3% year on year in the second quarter, its weakest pace since late 2022, as weak domestic demand and a prolonged property downturn outweighed strong exports, increasing pressure on Beijing to provide more economic support.
