Biden prepared to meet Putin to end Ukraine war
President Joe Biden says that he is open to dialogue with Russia’s Vladimir Putin, provided he makes concrete plans to end his aggression against Ukraine.
Biden made the comments during a joint conference with his French counterpart, Emmanuel Macron.
