   The spread of the virus in 2019 led to an increase in body temperature and inflammation of the respiratory system. An infected person with these symptoms went to see a doctor "waiting their turn".
   Waiting in line is a waste of precious time.

The imperfection of the medical reform and the bureaucratic inability to quickly respond to a challenge like COVID19 requires a new reform in the medical industry more mobile and less bureaucratic, this reform should include over-the-counter access to antibiotics, and public information about pandemic treatment options.
   
   The imperfection of the vaccination involved in COVID19 lies in the rapid mutation of the virus. Injecting the vaccine for COVID19 is the same as injecting water. Bureaucratic stupidity destroys common sense.

   Europe must be one of the leaders in Synthetic Fuels, e – fuels , for transportation, aviation and maritime , etc.
   One formula is splitting Water into Hydrogen and Oxygen and mixing it with carbon dioxide . Every young Student must know the basic logic behind it , like in China .
