http://www.FashionTV.com MILAN – Creative Director Monica Ciabattini says the Le Silla Fall/Winter 2012-2013 collection was inspired by the movie “Desperately Seeking Susan” starring Madonna. “We thought about leather jackets…zippers, and so we created something very strong,” she says. Designer Ennio Silla says the shoes are exclusively created in Italy. Flashy pumps decorated with crystals are part of an exclusive collection for the line. “This is really our expression for the Le Silla brand,” adds Ciabattini. Ciabattini showcases the Spring/Summer 2012 ad campaign photo, which was shot by Terry Richardson.

Moving from stark monochrome and earthy bamboo tones to vibrant accents of mint green and royal blue, the line balances meditative precision with architectural functionality.
